How do I return an item?

 

Please note that the label is valid for 7 days after being issued. Once it is invalid, after-sale requests should be raised within 30 days of order delivery.


After the returned packages arrive at our local facilities, our staff will do a quality inspection within 7 days. If there is no further issue, we will refund you accordingly.

  • Unused, no pieces missing

  • With original tags and original packaging
